Need Instagram Automation Expert

I run mass follow/unfollow campaigns and use automation to grow Instagram accounts. My main issue right now is getting new accounts warmed up properly without triggering bans or action blocks.

I need someone who understands Instagram’s trust and safety algorithms and can help me:

Warm up new or aged accounts safely (manual or semi-automated behavior)
Reduce the risk of phone/email verification loops and bans
Set up proper session timing, activity patterns, and proxy/dedicated IP testing
Possibly help troubleshoot why accounts are getting flagged (shadowbans, “action blocked,” etc.)
Provide daily check-ins on account health for a set number of accounts
Experience required:
You don’t need to be a developer, but you must have hands-on experience with Instagram automation, warming strategies, and avoiding bans.

Payment:

$5 USD/hour to start (training + testing phase)
After 2 weeks, increase to $6–$10/hour depending on performance and reduction in bans
Hours: Flexible, 10–20 hours/week to start, potentially more.
