Virtual Assistant – Lead Response & Social Media (Cleaning Company)

We are a growing residential cleaning company based in Canada (The Nestly Co) looking for a reliable, communicative VA to join our small team.

Your main responsibilities:

Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp within 15 minutes during business hours
Qualify leads, provide quotes using our pricing guide, and book appointments
Follow up with leads that haven't converted after 2–3 days
Post 4–5x per week on Instagram (we send you photos/videos)
Respond to Instagram DMs and comments
Basic admin — updating booking sheets, tracking leads

You are a great fit if you:

Have strong written English and a warm, confident communication style
Are reliable, responsive, and take initiative
Have experience in customer service, chat support, or sales
Can work Canadian business hours (EST)
