Senior Automation Developer (n8n, Python & Claude Code)

We are looking for a highly skilled Developer and Automation Expert to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced, AI-driven automation systems for our company.

This role is not just about connecting tools; it requires a true developer at heart. If you write clean code, have deep hands-on experience with n8n and Python, and are already leveraging modern AI coding tools like Claude Code to build faster and smarter, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

Design & Build: Architect, build, and maintain complex, highly reliable automation workflows using n8n.

Custom Development: Write and maintain custom Python scripts to handle complex data manipulation, custom API integrations, and backend processes that go beyond standard n8n capabilities.

AI Integration: Leverage Claude Code to develop, debug, and optimize code, automation processes, and custom scripts.

System Integration: Connect third-party tools, SaaS platforms, databases, and CRMs via REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth.

Optimization & Maintenance: Implement robust error handling, logging, retries, and performance optimization for all code and workflows.

Business Alignment: Translate business requirements and operational bottlenecks into technical, scalable automation logic.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Software Development Background: Proven experience as a developer with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and system architecture.

Python Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience writing clean, efficient, and production-ready Python code. (This is a strict requirement).

n8n Mastery: Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining n8n workflows in a production environment. (This is a strict requirement).

Claude Code Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience using Claude Code for development, scripting, and building AI-assisted automations. (This is a strict requirement).

Technical Foundation: Deep understanding of APIs (REST), Webhooks, JSON, data structures, and conditional routing.

Mindset: High ownership, responsibility, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in JavaScript /

[Node.js]( ---------- )

(highly preferred for custom n8n nodes).

Experience with other automation platforms like Make (Integromat) or Zapier.

Experience integrating other AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).

Experience working with WhatsApp APIs, AI agents, or advanced CRM integrations.

Background working in a SaaS company or an automation agency.
