JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We need a researcher and cold-caller with **excellent English** to drive client partnerships for a men's divorce coaching business. You'll identify high-fit targets and execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media.

What You'll Do
Part 1: Research & Lead Generation
Identify divorce lawyers, mediators, and law firms in Northern California who serve men.
Research relationship/divorce podcasts and influencers with relevant audiences
Find decision-makers and contact info; assess fit for partnership
Document findings and create contact lists

Part 2: Outbound Execution
Make cold calls to divorce law firms (pitch: client referrals or group coaching)
Send cold email and DMs to podcast hosts and influencers (pitch: speaking opportunity)
Book calls between them and our client (Aaron) or his business partner
Track all outreach activity and results

Success Metrics
Lawyer/mediator calls booked (qualified, good-fit prospects only)
Podcast/influencer conversations booked

Required Experience:
Proven experience doing research-based lead generation (bird-dogging)
Proven experience making cold outbound calls that get meetings
Excellent English (both written and verbal)
Comfort with prospecting tools (LinkedIn, phone, email, social DM)
Ability to assess target fit (not spray-and-pray applicants)

Non-Negotiables
20 hours per week
Must be available for calls 9 AM–12 PM PT (this is when you'll make outbound calls)

Start date: Monday, April 7, 2025
Reliable communication and weekly check-ins
Ability to follow a specific outreach framework

Compensation: $4.50/hour
