Real Estate Cold Caller

We are a US-based real estate investment company looking for a reliable, motivated Virtual Assistant to make outbound cold calls to property owners. Your goal is to identify homeowners who are interested in selling their property and set appointments for our acquisitions team.
This is a long-term position for the right person. We provide the call script, lead lists, dialer software, and training. No prior real estate experience required, but it is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Make 200+ outbound calls per day using a provided dialer
Follow the provided cold calling script to identify motivated sellers
Qualify leads by asking about property condition, motivation, timeline, and price expectations
Log every call result accurately in our tracking spreadsheet or CRM
Schedule follow-up calls with warm and hot leads
Set appointments for our acquisitions team with qualified sellers
Leave professional voicemails when owners don't answer
Provide a daily summary report of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set

Requirements:

Excellent English speaking skills with clear pronunciation
Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a quiet workspace
Own headset with noise cancellation
A computer capable of running a web-based dialer
Available to work during US business hours (flexible on timezone, but must overlap with 9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection
Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience in real estate wholesaling or cold calling
Familiarity with CRMs (Podio, REI BlackBook, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
Experience with dialers (Batch Dialer, Mojo, PhoneBurner)
Skip tracing experience (PropStream, BatchLeads)

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $3/hour USD (paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or direct deposit)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week) available
Hours: Must overlap with US business hours
Bonuses: Performance bonuses available for leads that convert to closed deals
Long-term position with potential for raises based on performance
