JOB OVERVIEW

About the Company
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate company managing approximately 2,000 units in multiple states. We are no longer operating like a small company — we are scaling significantly and building the right team, systems, structure, accountability, and culture to support our continued growth.
This role is not just about posting jobs. The Recruiter / HR Manager will become part of the operational foundation of the company and will play a critical role in helping us build a scalable, long-term staffing and HR system.

Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Recruiter / HR Manager to replace a critical operational position. This is not a passive admin role. We need someone who is proactive, organized, aggressive with recruiting, solution-oriented, and capable of helping us build a scalable operational machine. You will fully own recruiting, HR administration, and operational staffing support across our multi-state portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Staffing
• Post job ads daily on Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph (OLJ), LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, ZipRecruiter, Upwork, and other platforms as needed.
• Actively source 20–50 qualified candidates per open role — not just post and wait.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit, experience, and communication skills.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with management; organize interview recordings and candidate scorecards.
• Perform employment and reference verifications.
• Conduct strengths/weakness analysis, verify internet and computer setup, and document expected salary for each candidate.
• Manage and maintain hiring pipelines; follow up with applicants consistently.
• Build proactive staffing pipelines before emergencies arise.
• Primary hiring focus includes: Property Managers, Leasing Assistants, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, Administrative Staff, Operations Support, and future Regional/Asset Management roles.
• Recruit for both U.S. on-site positions and Philippines-based remote roles.

B. HR & Employee Management
• Lead employee onboarding for all new hires.
• Maintain complete and organized employee files and records.
• Track SOP and company handbook acknowledgments.
• Coordinate payroll and time-tracking setup for new employees.
• Monitor attendance and enforce accountability standards.
• Assist with employee disciplinary documentation when necessary.
• Track PTO and sick leave requests.
• Coordinate employee training sessions and operational alignment meetings.
• Support company-wide communication rollouts and policy updates.

C. Operations Support
• Follow up on EOD reports and operational compliance.
• Track staffing gaps by property and coordinate coverage.
• Maintain up-to-date organizational charts and staffing trackers.
• Assist with the implementation of operational systems and accountability standards.
• Support building of company SOPs, handbook structure, onboarding materials, and management training systems.
• Coordinate operational meetings, training sessions, and team communication.

D. Company Culture & Professionalism
This role will help reinforce and model our company values across all properties:
• Professionalism and accountability in all communications.
• Ownership mindset and speed of execution.
• Consistent communication standards across the team.
• Operational alignment and culture across all properties.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based, on-site positions — preferably in property management (Property Managers, Maintenance Staff, Leasing Agents, etc.).
• Proven experience in remote recruitment, particularly in the Philippines or globally.
• Strong experience sourcing candidates from: OnlineJobs.ph (OLJ), Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and ZipRecruiter/Upwork.
• Preferably with experience hiring for remote property management roles such as Customer Support, Marketing / Leasing, and Operations / Admin.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong tracking skills (Google Sheets or ATS experience required).
• Ability to source 20–50 candidates per role efficiently and without sacrificing quality.
• Strong screening and filtering skills — not just resume forwarding.
• Fast response time and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• HR or admin background is a strong plus.
• Proactive, pressure-tested, and capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously.

What We Are NOT Looking For
• Candidates who send unqualified or random resumes without proper screening.
• Slow communicators or those who miss follow-ups.
• Anyone who lacks an organized tracking system.
• Passive recruiters who only post job ads and wait.

Compensation & Growth
Starting Compensation: $1,000 – $1,500/month
Final offer will be based on experience, execution ability, communication skills, recruiting performance, HR background, and overall operational value.
Performance Review Structure:
• 90-Day Review — Evaluation of attendance, professionalism, execution, and culture fit. Exceptional performers may be considered for early compensation adjustment.
• 6-Month Review — Assessment of operational performance, pipeline quality, recruitment execution, and contribution to company growth.
• Annual Review — Primary compensation adjustment period based on company performance, occupancy, operational stability, NOI contribution, and leadership growth.

Important: Salary increases are not automatic. Raises are earned through measurable performance, accountability, reliability, and contribution to company growth. As the company scales, tea ---------- mbers who contribute to building a strong operational machine will have real opportunities for compensation growth, leadership advancement, and expanded responsibilities.

Additional Notes
• Must be available to start ASAP.
• This is a full-time position — we need someone fully committed and focused on our operations.
