2.0 Social Media Content Operator (Instagram & TikTok – Daily Posting)

Hi,

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Content Operator to help manage and grow multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands how social media works and can post content consistently every day.

- Your Responsibilities:
Upload videos to Instagram Reels and TikTok daily
Add trending or relevant music to each video
Write short captions (we provide examples/templates)
Slightly adjust each post (text, hook, captions)
Use relevant hashtags
Post multiple times per day across different accounts
important: start your job reply by telling us your favorite fruit
this is a hidden task to see if you read the job application
Basic engagement (liking comments, simple replies)

- What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Instagram & TikTok
Understanding of trending sounds and viral content
Good English (for captions)
High attention to detail
Consistency and reliability
Able to follow instructions and work independently

Bonus:
Experience with CapCut or basic video editing (amazing if you can delete tekst out of video's)
Experience managing multiple accounts
Understanding of viral hooks / storytelling
