My Town Movers is a growing moving company focused on building relationships with realtors and local professionals. We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help support our outreach, scheduling, and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Email
• Sort and organize owner’s inbox
• Flag important
• Keep inbox clean and prioritized
Social Media Engagement
• Like, follow, and comment on realtor posts
• Build relationships through consistent engagement
• Send friendly, professional messages to realtors
Outreach & Lead Generation
• Use our provided tool to send cold messages to real estate listings
• Follow scripts and personalize messages when needed
• Track outreach and responses
Scheduling & Calendar Management
• Schedule meetings for Preston, including:
o Realtor meetings
o Chamber of Commerce events
o Women’s Council meetings
o Professional Network on Aging meetings
• Coordinate times and send calendar invites
• Send reminders and keep schedule organized
List Building
• Create targeted door hanger distribution lists
• Organize data by area/zip code
• Ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements
• Excellent written English (clear, friendly, professional)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience with
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and creating/following systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection
