As an Audit Specialist in our Parcel Delivery Department, you’ll play a critical role in protecting our clients, ensuring accuracy, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed audits of parcel delivery accounts, policies, and supporting documentation
Review rating, classifications, exposures, and billing accuracy to ensure compliance
Identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, and operations) to resolve audit findings
Communicate audit results clearly and professionally to both internal stakeholders and carriers
Maintain accurate audit records and documentation
Stay up to date on industry standards, carrier requirements, and regulatory changes
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
