GHL Automation Expert

I’m looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist who can build, optimize, and scale advanced workflows for my business.

Please do NOT apply if you only have basic experience. I’m specifically looking for someone who has built complex, revenue-generating systems inside GHL.

When applying, please answer the following:

1. What is the most advanced GHL automation system you’ve built?

* Describe the workflow in detail (triggers, conditions, branching logic, integrations, etc.)
* What was the goal of the system?
* What were the measurable results (conversion rate, time saved, revenue impact)?

2. Walk me through how you would build the following system:

* Lead comes in (form, SMS, or ad)
* Automatically qualifies the lead
* Sends personalized follow-ups (SMS/email/VM drops)
* Books appointments
* Handles no-shows and reactivation
* Moves leads through pipeline stages automatically

3. What’s your approach to:

* Avoiding automation errors or loops
* Debugging broken workflows
* Tracking performance inside GHL

4. What integrations have you worked with?
(Examples: Stripe, Zapier, Make, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Webhooks, APIs, etc.)

5. Have you worked with SaaS mode, sub-accounts, or white-label setups in GHL?

6. Share 2–3 examples (Loom/video/screenshots) of systems you’ve personally built.

7. If hired, how would you improve an existing underperforming GHL funnel/automation?

Bonus:

* Experience with lead scoring, AI follow-ups, or multi-channel campaigns
