I’m hiring 3–4 sharp VAs for U.S. real estate lead research, decision-maker finding, outreach support, and lead tracking.
This is not typical mass cold calling. We work highly targeted, carefully selected leads, focusing only on the most distressed and desirable opportunities through our sniper-style research process.
This is not a passive, wait-for-instructions role. I’m looking for someone who can think clearly, take ownership, and keep moving when a lead gets difficult.
You may be a fit if you are strong at:
- research
- finding property owners / decision-makers
- clear communication
- clean note-taking
- outreach support and follow-up
- using tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, skip tracing tools, Google Maps, and county records
You must already have a VPN to access U.S.-based research sites.
I care more about honesty, resourcefulness, discipline, and problem-solving than inflated experience.
The hiring process is simple:
Google Form ? voice note ? short Loom screen-recording test ? final 3-lead test for top applicants
If you exaggerate experience, guess instead of documenting, or need constant hand-holding, this will not be a fit.
If you are sharp, honest, coachable, and actually good, there is room to grow here.
Pay is weekly and depends on experience, skill, and performance.
There is room for increased pay and bonuses for strong results, reliability, and long-term fit.
