The Role
We're looking for a sharp, people-friendly Appointment Setter to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for a lot of potential clients, which means you set the tone. Your job is to book qualified discovery calls, follow up consistently, and support our ad campaigns with organized outreach and tracking. If you're great on the phone, love staying organized, and get a kick out of turning a cold lead into a booked meeting, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
Reach out to leads via phone and email to book discovery calls with our sales team
Follow up on inbound inquiries from our website, ads, and social media channels
Manage and update lead records in our CRM to keep the pipeline clean and current
Support our paid ad campaigns by following up on leads generated through Meta Ads and Google Ads
Send personalized follow-up emails and coordinate scheduling with prospects
Track outreach activity and report on call volume, bookings, and conversion rates
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve booking rates over time

What You Bring
Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or outbound calling (marketing industry is a plus)
Confident, clear communicator, both on the phone and in writing
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an asset
Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping businesses grow

Nice to Have
Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads lead generation workflows
Experience with email sequencing or outreach automation tools
Background in a Canadian B2B or professional services environment
