JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled video editor to join our team for long-term collaboration.

You will be editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with a clean, engaging, and modern style.
This is not basic editing. We are looking for someone who understands timing, storytelling, and visual flow, and can independently create high-quality edits.

What You’ll Do:

- Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds)
- Add subtitles, cuts, zooms, and motion elements where needed
- Use After Effects when necessary for enhancements
- Make creative decisions based on the content
- Deliver on time and communicate clearly

Requirements:

- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good understanding of After Effects
- Experience with short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling
- Ability to edit independently without step-by-step guidance
- Reliable and responsive communication

Additional Notes:

Some projects follow specific ethical and content guidelines. Being comfortable working within these guidelines is important.

Payment:

- $15–25 per video (depending on quality and experience)
- Long-term work available for the right editor
