We are a real estate business based in San Antonio, Texas, looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to help generate leads, grow our online presence, and execute marketing campaigns.
This is NOT a paperwork/admin role.
This role is focused on marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
You will work directly with a real estate agent to help expand reach, build brand authority, and convert attention into leads.
Primary Objective
Your goal is to help us:
Generate more inbound leads
Stay consistent on social media
Nurture leads through
Execute marketing campaigns that drive results
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Post daily content on:
Instagram
TikTok
Facebook
YouTube Shorts
Google Business Page
Repurpose content across all platforms
Write captions optimized for engagement and SEO Keywords
Respond to comments and messages
Research trending real estate content and ideas
Content Research & Script Writing
Research trending and high-performing real estate topics
Create:
Short-form video ideas (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Hooks (first 3 seconds)
Scripts for the agent to record
Analyze performance and suggest improvements
Email
Create and send weekly
Build and manage drip campaigns:
Buyer campaigns
Seller campaigns
Expired listings follow-up
Segment and organize
Monitor open rates and optimize performance
Paid Advertising (Meta + Google)
Create and manage ad campaigns on:
Facebook
Google Ads
Build landing pages (if needed)
Monitor and optimize campaigns
Report on performance (leads, cost per lead, etc.)
Direct Mail & Flyers
Design:
Flyers
Just Listed / Just Sold mailers
Market update postcards
Coordinate print and mailing (with provided tools/vendors)
Assist with geographic farming campaigns
CRM & Lead Support
Organize and tag leads in CRM
Upload and manage contact lists
Assist with follow-up systems
Requirements
Experience:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant (marketing preferred)
Experience in real estate marketing is a PLUS
Strong understanding of:
Social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube,
Email
Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Skills:
Strong English (written and communication)
Copywriting and content creation skills
Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule & Availability
Part-time or Full-time (flexible based on experience)
Must be available to overlap at least 2–4 hours with U.S. Central Time
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Consistent posting (daily content)
Weekly
Drip campaigns built and optimized
Growth in engagement and followers
Lead generation from marketing efforts
Compensation
Base Rate of $400usd + $5usd Per Qualified Lead + $10usd Per every scheduled appointment / consultation + $75usd For every real estate closing I have generated through the ads, videos and campaigns.
Base pay will increase to $450 after 90 days (if performing)
