Pay: $5/hour per dialer | Performance bonus on closed deals

About the Role
We are a short-term rental company (Guestful Stays) that leases properties directly from landlords and lists them on Airbnb and VRBO. We are looking for a Filipino-managed cold calling team or small agency to handle outbound calls to landlords and property owners across the US.
This is NOT a role for individual freelancers. We are specifically looking for a team or agency where dialers work together in person or in a supervised environment, are held accountable daily, and have access to reliable high-speed internet. Do not apply if you work from home alone with no supervision structure.

About the Business
Guestful Stays is a rental arbitrage and co-hosting company. We lease homes directly from landlords on long-term leases and operate them as furnished short-term rentals on Airbnb and VRBO. Your team's job is to find landlords who are open to this arrangement and set appointments for our closing team to seal the deal.

What Your Team Will Do

Make outbound calls to landlords and property owners across the US from a pre-loaded lead list in Go High Level (GHL)
Follow a proven cold call script to introduce our rental arbitrage program
Handle common landlord objections using our objection handling guide
Qualify landlords based on property type and openness to short-term rental use
Set appointments or callbacks for our closing team
Move leads through the correct pipeline stage in GHL after every call
Clock in and out via WhatsApp with a timestamp screenshot every shift
Submit an end-of-shift Google Form report showing total dials and appointments set


Mandatory Requirements — All of These Are Non-Negotiable

Must be a managed team or agency — dialers must work together in person or in a supervised setting with a team lead on site
Reliable high-speed internet — this is the number one requirement. If your team has bad internet, do not apply
Experience cold calling landlords or property owners in the US real estate market
Background in real estate, property management, or the rental industry
Exceptionally clear spoken and written English across every dialer on the team
Experience with CRM tools — we use Go High Level (GHL)
Team lead or supervisor must be available to report daily metrics to management


What We Provide

Full lead list pre-loaded into GHL with property addresses and owner information
Proven cold call script with objection handling
Complete SOP and onboarding documentation
GHL access with individual user accounts per dialer
Direct access to closing manager (Sam) via WhatsApp for hot leads and appointment confirmations


Shift Structure

2 dialers to start, scaling based on performance
8-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday
Flexible shift timing — morning or afternoon US time zones
Minimum 300 dials per dialer per 4-hour shift
Minimum 3 appointments set per dialer per shift (target, not penalized for missing in first week)


Performance and Pay

Base pay: $5/hour per dialer
Performance bonus: negotiable on closed arbitrage deals
Weekly pay via Wise
Pay is based on hours worked, verified by WhatsApp clock in/out screenshots and GHL dialer activity
