Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Virtual Assistant who is smart and hard working. We have worked with virtual assistants from the Philippines in the past, and have loved having them on the team. We are looking to add someone trustworthy, hard working, and focussed to our small team of two as soon as possible. You must be technologically savvy and able to take constructive feedback.

We are passionate about this offering and are growing this company fast. We’re looking for someone who can keep up and speed up our growth. There will be clear deadlines and deliverables outlined for everything. We anticipate 5 - 15 hours of work a week to begin with room to move to full time as we grow for someone who is committed to us.

Tasks will include but are not limited too:

Simple short form reel content editing including trimming clips and adding captions
Designing single image Instagram posts using Fitness Adventure’s content bots and canva
Designing carousel Instagram posts using Fitness Adventure’s content bots and canva
Uploading new creative to meta ads
Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using a content scheduler
Occasional customer support via email
Customer tech support inside Kajabi
Formatting Product images in Canva
Formatting Product documents in Google Drive
Managing product files in Kajabi
Experience with the following software is encouraged: Kajabi, Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva, Slack, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Met ads
