Accounting Specialist (E-Commerce)

This role is for a Accounting Specialist with e-commerce expertise to manage all aspects of financial reporting, profitability, and cash flow for online sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Monitor COGS, margins, and SKU-level profitability
• Manage accounting and reconciliation processes
• Track advertising spend versus ROI across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial insights
• Ensure accuracy across all financial platforms

Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in e-commerce finance or accounting
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost tracking, and margins
• Experience with financial tools like QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
