Instagram Manager (Content + Growth)

We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of our Instagram—create content, post consistently, grow engagement, and drive traffic to our website:

We need someone who understands what makes people stop, engage, and click.

What You’ll Do
Create scroll-stopping content (reels, posts, captions, stories)
Manage and grow our Instagram account
Increase engagement (saves, shares, comments, DMs)
Drive traffic to our website and programs
Turn content into subscribers and real interest
Track what’s working and improve it
What We’re Looking For
You’ve grown an Instagram account before
Strong ability to create engaging reels, captions, and hooks
You understand Instagram trends, algorithm, and audience behavior
You can create + post + manage + improve independently
You care about results (engagement, traffic, subscribers)
