We're a small, mission-driven children's brand. We're looking for a video editor who gets us. Not someone who edits content — someone who can feel the story in raw footage and shape it into something that stops the scroll and earns the follow.
What you'll be doing:
Editing short-form video (15 seconds to 3 minutes) for Instagram Reels and TikTok — from raw footage of our products, community

You're the right fit if:
- You have a strong portfolio of short-form edits that have actually grown accounts (followers, engagement, comments — show us the receipts)
- You understand what makes someone stop, watch, and share — and you build for that from the first frame
- You know CapCut (or similar) inside out and stay ahead of trends without chasing them blindly
- You're fast, communicative, and don't need hand-holding to deliver
- You genuinely care about brands with heart and a mission — this isn't just a gig to you
