Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Outreach & Lead Generation (Long-Term)

We are a growing residential painting company based in Los Angeles, California, looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us connect with real estate agents and generate new business opportunities.

This is a long-term position for someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and able to follow systems.

Your main goal is to help us build relationships with realtors who can refer us painting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Find and research real estate agents in our target areas (California)
- Collect contact information (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Send outreach messages via email and LinkedIn
- Follow up with contacts using a simple system
- Track all outreach in a Google Sheet or CRM
- Book meetings when realtors show interest

Daily Expectations:
- Find 20–30 new realtors per day
- Send 20–30 outreach messages per day
- Update tracking sheet daily
- Follow up with previous contacts

Requirements:
- Strong written English (clear and natural—not robotic)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and systems
- Consistent and reliable (this is VERY important)
- Experience with lead generation or outreach is a plus

Pay:
$5–$6/hour depending on experience
10 hours per week to start
Opportunity for more hours based on performance
