Our programs are growing fast. And now we need a sharp, driven Team Manager to lead our VA team and personally drive revenue.
This isn't a task-checker role. We're looking for someone who leads, closes, and executes at a high level every single day.

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll have two main responsibilities:
1. MANAGE THE VA TEAM (3–5 Filipino VAs)
• Hold VAs accountable to their daily targets
• Review reports, identify gaps, and take action fast
• Train, guide, and push the team to hit their numbers
• Send the founder one clean daily update — no noise
2. YOUR OWN PERSONAL REVENUE TASKS
• Build affiliate and referral partnerships
• Outreach to schools and colleges to bring in students
• Work the military/government funding pipeline
• Handle high-ticket sales conversations and close deals

? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years experience managing a remote team
• Strong English communication — written and verbal
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Comfortable with outreach, sales conversations, and follow-ups
• Self-managed — you don't need to be chased
• High integrity — you do what you say, every day
• Bonus: experience in education, tech, or coaching industries

? Review VA reports and send accountability messages
? Work your personal revenue task for the day (partnerships, sales, funding)
? Handle one founder task to save leadership time
? Submit your own clean EOD report
