Expert graphic Designer (T-shirt, Logos, Banners, Social Media Designs etc) Needed!

I'm looking to get a set of t-shirts design done and if my teams like it we will consider you for all future graphic design projects.

The graphic designer must be able to complete the follow:
1) T-shirt research on Facebook ( I will give you the keywords for you to search for in the Facebook graph search and then design the t-shirts based off the results with the most engagement (likes, comments and share)

2) Mock up a creative unique logo design for a new website I'm launching

3) Communicate with me on a daily basis with your accomplished task, ideas and problems (if any)

That's it for now (if any more design stuff come up I'll will let you knw. This is a full time position for the right candidate only. I will not work with amateur because I'm on a limited time span to get this project done.
