Job description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer or Solar Designer to join our
dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing
creative architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating
with clients and project teams to bring visions to life. This role offers an exciting
opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from residential to commercial,
utilizing your passion for design and technical expertise to shape inspiring spaces.
Must be located in the Philippines
Responsibilities
-Develop conceptual designs and architectural layouts based on client needs and project requirements.
-Prepare detailed construction drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using industry-standard software.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients throughout all project phases to ensure design integrity and compliance.
-Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and oversee project progress.
-Stay current with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices to ensure all projects meet legal standards.
-Assist in preparing project documentation, including specifications, reports, and material selections.
-Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
-Proven experience or internship in architectural design or related roles is preferred.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
-Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles.
-Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and renderings.
-Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
