Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Fashion, Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will respond to
Handling and resolving refunds
Assisting customers with sizing issues (when items don’t fit properly)
Answering questions about orders and shipping status
Providing friendly, clear, and effective solutions
Important:
We operate a dropshipping business in the United States, so most of our customers are based in the USA.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written English skills
Polite, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Availability for a few hours per day
