Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Fashion, Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will respond to emails in English and assist with various inquiries, such as:

Handling and resolving refunds
Assisting customers with sizing issues (when items don’t fit properly)
Answering questions about orders and shipping status
Providing friendly, clear, and effective solutions

Important:
We operate a dropshipping business in the United States, so most of our customers are based in the USA.

What We’re Looking For

Strong written English skills
Polite, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Availability for a few hours per day
