Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $5–$7/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: Eastern Time (US)

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Paid Break: 30-minute paid lunch
(Manila, PH Time: Monday – Friday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

We are a virtual functional medicine program primarily supporting cancer patients. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care and guidance throughout each patient’s journey.

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Program Concierge / Virtual Assistant to support patients enrolled in a virtual functional medicine program that primarily serves individuals navigating cancer care.

In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through each step of their program with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. This is a meaningful, patient-centered role for someone who truly enjoys helping others and providing white-glove support.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout their program
Answer patient questions related to program access, portals, timelines, and next steps
Send welcome emails and conduct welcome calls to introduce patients to the program
Schedule and facilitate welcome calls and monthly calls with the nutritionist
Order labs and upload test results for coordination with the care team
Track onboarding requirements, follow up on outstanding forms, and ensure completion of blood work
Provide phone, email, and portal support during onboarding and ongoing participation
Deliver high-quality, personable, and empathetic service throughout the patient journey
Proactively follow up to ensure patients are receiving full value from the program
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, client success, onboarding, or concierge-style roles (required)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Exceptional English communication skills—clear, warm, empathetic, and professional
Ability to actively listen and provide compassionate support to patients who may be in pain or seriously ill
Patient, emotionally intelligent, and service-driven mindset
Comfortable using web-based systems, portals, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
