Senior WordPress Developer (Elementor + Custom Backend Development)

We are looking for a highly experienced WordPress developer to join our team and help build professional websites for our clients.

Your primary project will be building a large website for a Workforce Academy scholarship program, along with other websites that may arise. You must be able to build the front end in Elementor while also custom coding backend functionality when needed.

You must be able to follow Figma designs and build them with pixel perfection.

This role is ideal for someone who is very knowledgeable, experienced, and able to show proof of their previous work.

We are not looking for beginners. We are looking for someone who can own projects and build high-quality websites with strong backend functionality.

A bit more about the project:
This project involves much more than a standard Elementor website . The developer will need to build custom backend systems, dashboards, and role-based portals.

1. Secure User Portals
User login and account management
Role-based access (different dashboards for different user types)
Secure document uploads and file management

2. Backend Administrative Dashboards
Internal dashboards for administrators to review applications and manage users
Status tracking systems (applications, participation, approvals, etc.)
Reporting dashboards with exportable data

3. Workflow Systems
Multi-step applications or intake forms
Automated email notifications tied to user actions
Workflow status updates (submitted ? approved ? completed)

4. Data & Integrations
API integrations with external systems
Scheduled or on-demand data synchronization
Structured databases and advanced search/filtering

5. Marketplace / Messaging Systems
User profiles
Listings (e.g., jobs or opportunities)
Internal messaging between users

6. Course / Event Management Systems
Instructor dashboards
Course creation and scheduling
Participant assignment workflows
Certificate uploads and completion tracking
Automated invoice generation

This project includes building secure dashboards for administrators, instructors, employers, and participants as well as workflow automation.
