Job Description

We are a U.S.-based home care company looking for a Client Care Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling and ensure all client cases are fully covered. Experience with WellSky and Ring Central required.

This role is the heartbeat of the operation — you will handle schedules, solve call-outs, and communicate with both caregivers and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, organization, and real-time problem solving.

Raise in 90 days to $8 per hour

Responsibilities
Schedule caregivers to client cases and ensure all shifts are covered
Handle call-outs and quickly find replacements
Communicate with caregivers and clients to ensure a good fit
Make calls to confirm schedules and resolve issues
Match caregivers to clients based on needs and personality
Monitor schedules daily and prevent gaps in care
Work closely with office team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements
Strong English communication (must be comfortable on the phone)
Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination
Ability to think quickly and solve problems in real time
Highly organized and able to multitask
Calm under pressure and able to handle urgent situations
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented

Nice to Have
Home care or healthcare experience
Scheduling or dispatch background using Well Sky
Experience working U.S. hours
