Job Title: Remote Property Manager

We are seeking a digitally-native Remote Property Manager to oversee operations from afar. Because you won’t be physically on-site, your success relies on your ability to manage "boots-on-the-ground" vendors, master our tech stack, and build strong virtual relationships with tenants and owners.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage the entire leasing flow digitally, from virtual tours and digital lease signings to remote move-out inspections via video.
-Build and maintain a network of reliable local contractors and cleaners. You will coordinate repairs and maintenance and verify work through photo/video documentation.
-Act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and SMS, ensuring a high "Net Promoter Score" through rapid, empathetic response times.
-Monitor rent collection, process invoices, and generate monthly owner reports.
-Conduct remote "comps" and market research to ensure properties are priced competitively within their specific local markets.

Requirements
-You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder to stay productive.
-Deep experience with property management software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, or ---------- ).
-3 years in property management, with a proven track record of managing properties you do not physically visit.
-A dedicated, quiet workspace with high-speed internet and professional video conferencing capabilities.
-Exceptional written and verbal skills; you must be able to project authority and helpfulness over the phone.
