JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our insurance brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with policy questions, processing service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text regarding insurance policies and coverage.

- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.

- Provide quotes and basic information for auto, home, and commercial insurance policies.

- Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and other policy documents.

- Work with insurance carriers to resolve client issues.

- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.

- Follow up with clients regarding renewals and outstanding documentation.

- Support producers and account managers with administrative tasks.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.



Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience (insurance industry preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Comfortable using CRM systems and office software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
