JOB OVERVIEW

Move Mountains Credit Repair is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in credit report analysis and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) compliance.

This role is responsible for identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, or non-compliant reporting on consumer credit reports and assisting our team in strengthening dispute strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Review client credit reports (SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, MyFreeScoreNow, etc.)
• Identify potential FCRA violations and reporting inaccuracies
• Analyze:
• Collections
• Charge-offs
• Late payments
• Inquiries
• Personal information inconsistencies
• Flag:
• Incomplete or inconsistent account data
• Outdated or unverifiable information
• Duplicate accounts
• Reporting discrepancies across bureaus
• Utilize platforms such as Credit Butterfly (or similar tools) to document findings
• Organize and report violations clearly for internal team use
• Follow company SOPs and compliance standards

Requirements (MANDATORY)
• Strong understanding of credit reports and credit reporting structure
• Knowledge of FCRA laws and consumer rights
• Experience identifying inaccurate or non-compliant reporting
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Strong written communication (clear documentation of findings)

Preferred Experience
• Experience with Credit Repair industry
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• SmartCredit
• IdentityIQ
• MyFreeScoreNow
• Credit Karma (basic understanding)
• Experience using Credit Butterfly or similar dispute tools

Compensation
• Starting at $2.00/hour (part-time)
