Summary:
Job Title: Appointment Setter (Outbound Sales)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1400-$1600/monthly
Schedule: Full-time | 6 days/week | 8–12 hour shifts

Role Summary:

We’re looking for proven and motivated Appointment Setters to join our high-performing sales support team. You’ll contact warm leads, engage homeowners interested in our services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced appointment setters who thrive in performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

-Call from a warm list of qualified leads provided daily

-Set appointments for the sales team and confirm key booking details

-Follow scripts and qualification criteria accurately

-Maintain call logs and update CRM records in real-time

-Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of appointment setting or outbound calling experience

-Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

-Strong drive to perform and exceed goals

-Reliable remote work setup (computer, high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset, quiet workspace, and backup power supply)

-Background in home improvement or BPO outbound sales is a plus
