Technical Documentation Manager

Job Summary
SynergizeX Inc. is seeking a high-caliber Technical Documentation Manager to lead the development and management of our project infrastructure. In this role, you won't just track records; you will be the primary authority responsible for the technical accuracy and visual blueprints of our security system deployments. We are looking for a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and organized, actionable documentation for CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Engineering & Design: Create comprehensive wiring schematics for access control systems, intrusion detection, intercoms,
and integrated security platforms.
• Technical Logic: Generate and manage essential project frameworks, including landing pages, programming worksheets,
and IP address tables.
• Quality Assurance: Review and certify project drawings and documents to ensure they meet SynergizeX standards and
client specifications.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the version control of all drawing updates and revisions, ensuring the field team always has
the most current data.
• Field Integration: Analyze daily reports from the field team for technical completeness and accuracy, identifying gaps before
they become issues.
• Issue Resolution: Manage the tracking and resolution of project deficiencies, driving follow-ups to ensure 100% project
compliance.
• Procurement Oversight: Maintain precise records of on-site materials and equipment to ensure inventory matches
technical requirements.
• Final Delivery: Lead the team in compiling and finalizing comprehensive project close-out documentation for client
handover.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CAD software (or similar design tools) and cloud-based project management platforms.
