Media Buyer Who Thrives on Full Campaign Ownership & Performance
We're hiring a results-oriented Media Buyer who thrives on autonomy and accountability. In this role, you'll have complete ownership of client advertising campaigns from initial setup through ongoing optimization managing everything needed to drive exceptional performance.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Strategy
Design and launch complete
Craft attention-grabbing ad copy and headlines that convert browsers into leads
Build sophisticated targeting strategies aligned with client goals
Launch multiple campaign tests to identify winning combinations
Perform daily campaign monitoring with hands-on optimization
Interpret performance metrics and implement data-backed improvements
Conversion Optimization & Page Building
Build landing pages designed specifically to convert traffic into appointments
Design A/B test variations to identify highest-performing page elements
Track landing page metrics daily and identify conversion bottlenecks
Continuously refine page design, messaging, and user flow to boost results
Asset Utilization & Content Coordination
Leverage our extensive Google Drive library of client videos, custom imagery, project photos, and brand materials
Review detailed client intake documentation containing all campaign specifications
Coordinate with the Client Success Manager for additional content only when strategically necessary
Team Collaboration
Partner closely with our Client Success Manager as your main point of contact
Receive strategic updates on offer changes, guarantee adjustments, targeting shifts, or campaign direction
Request supplementary assets proactively when performance opportunities require them
The Ideal Candidate:
Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years hands-on
Proven expertise in direct response marketing and lead generation
Strong persuasive writing ability for ads and landing page content
Hands-on experience creating and optimizing landing pages (platform experience required)
Comprehensive knowledge of
Analytical approach with strong data interpretation skills
Sharp eye for detail and natural ability to identify performance improvements
Self-starter who excels working independently across multiple accounts
Comfortable with CRM platforms and project management software
Bonus Points For:
Experience implementing conversion tracking
Design capabilities or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Background in home services, trades, or service-based business marketing
Knowledge of funnel optimization and customer journey mapping
Performance Indicators:
Campaigns consistently meeting or surpassing client performance targets
Landing pages showing strong conversion rates with measurable improvement over time
Proactive optimization driven by performance insights
Efficient collaboration with minimal back-and-forth on content needs
