We're a UK-based sales and growth agency managing backend operations for high-ticket coaches and consultants. We're looking for a sharp, experienced Meta Ads Manager to run paid campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously. This is a fast-paced role - you'll be working directly with our team and reporting on performance regularly, so clear communication is non-negotiable.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and optimising Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts at once
Building and testing ad creatives, copy, and audiences from scratch
Monitoring daily spend, CPL, ROAS, and flagging issues fast
Running A/B tests and iterating based on data
Producing weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps
Collaborating with our content and ops team to align ad strategy with organic funnels
Scaling winning campaigns without sacrificing efficiency
What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (not agency-side account management - actual campaign building and optimisation)
Proven experience managing multiple accounts at the same time
Strong understanding of high-ticket offer funnels, lead gen, and conversion campaigns
Confident reading data and making decisions quickly - you don't wait to be told
Excellent spoken and written English - you'll be on calls with our UK team regularly and need to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
Solid knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and custom audiences
Experience working with coaches, consultants, or info product brands is a big plus
Nice to Have
Experience with VSL or webinar funnels
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
Background in fitness, business coaching, or online education niches
