We are a U.S.-based real estate investing company looking for a disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This is a long-term position for someone who wants consistent work and is willing to grow with a serious company.
This is NOT an easy job. You will be expected to stay organized, communicate clearly, and handle responsibility without constant supervision.
This role combines property management, data management, and first-to-market research. You will be assisting with tenant communication, listing management, and also helping us source and organize distress property data directly from counties.
You will be trained on our systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Post rental listings on
Respond to tenant inquiries quickly and professionally
Pre-screen tenants based on provided criteria
Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and tea
Follow up with leads and keep communication organized
Update and maintain CRM (Podio or similar)
Organize and manage property and lead data
Data & Research Tasks:
Communicate with county offices to request property data (foreclosures, tax delinquencies, etc.)
Assist in building and maintaining distress property lists
Organize and clean data using our systems
Work inside our Data Platform (training will be provided)
Assist with identifying new data sources and first-to-market opportunities
Schedule:
Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Compensation & Performance Bonuses:
Hourly Pay:
$3.75 per hour based on experience
Tenant Placement Bonus:
You will receive a bonus for each successful tenant placement.
A successful placement means:
Tenant is approved
Lease is signed
First month’s rent and deposit are collected
Tenant moves into the property
Bonus:
$50 paid after tenant moves in
$50 paid after tenant stays for 30 days
Total: $100 per successful placement
Data Performance Bonus:
You will receive bonuses for helping us find property lists that we can contact.
A “data list” means a clean list of properties with owner information that we can use for marketing (example: tax delinquent or foreclosure lists).
Bonus:
$20 for each clean and usable data list you provide
$50 if we close a deal from a list you helped find
Requirements:
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Comfortable communicating with tenants, contractors, and county offices
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions exactly
Experience with
Zillow experience is a plus
CRM experience (Podio is a plus)
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Comfortable with research and problem-solving
This role is NOT for you if:
You miss details or do not follow instructions
You need constant supervision
You are working multiple jobs and cannot focus
You are not comfortable communicating with people
You do not enjoy problem-solving
