VA with strong skills in instructional writing, graphic design, research and other admin tasks

*This is a full-time job with 8+ hours working every business day (Monday to Friday). Thus, if you're currently working for another employer or going to university, we can not hire you due to the high workload. *

*A rigorous test will be required to test your skills, time management, project management, and attitude.*

I'm a busy entrepreneur based in California, who travel all the time. I need someone who is reliable and can be reached via Skype and e-mail most of the time (except weekends).

The VA must have the following skills and traits:

1. Very strong writing skills, preferably instructional style (objective and authoritative with step-by-step information) or journalistic style (objective reporting)

2. Graphic design skills to help with social media scheduling of multiple accounts. You will be given access to web-based design app (like Canva) and scheduling apps (Buffer and Schedugram) to schedule up to 100 posts across social media networks.

3. Meticulous and thorough, as you will need to send off 20 to 30 proposals every single day by e-mail. The template of the proposal will be provided.

4. Proficient with Internet research, as you will need to do research using various keywords to come up with certain results.

5. Proficient in using Google Doc and Google Spreadsheet for project management and communicating with me.

6. You must have strong work ethics, mature, and proactive. You're an overall nice person with strong can-do attitude.

7. Preferably, you have a Master's degree in Business, Journalism or other related majors.

Please note that this is a full-time job, not for someone who also works for other companies.
