AI Outbound Specialist (Lead Generation + Cold Email Systems)

We are Sendascale, an outbound agency that uses AI to generate qualified meetings for clients.

Your role is simple to understand but execution-heavy.
You build and run outbound systems that generate real conversations and booked meetings.

You are not just sending emails.
You are responsible for pipeline.

What you will do daily:

Source leads using Apollo and A-leads
Enrich and clean data using Clay and other tools
Upload and manage campaigns in Instantly
Monitor replies and adjust campaigns

What you will do weekly:

Optimize campaigns
Run A/B tests
Improve targeting and messaging
Track performance

You will work inside a clear system:

Lead sourcing ? enrichment ? cleaning ? campaign launch ? optimization
Everything is documented in our onboarding and Notion

Your goal:
Generate qualified conversations that turn into meetings

Instantly (email sending + campaign management)
Apollo (lead sourcing)
A-leads (high-volume scraping)
Clay (data enrichment + workflows)
ChatGPT / Claude (copy + personalization)
Notion (client tracking + SOPs)

REQUIREMENTS

You must:

Have experience with cold email or lead generation
Understand how outbound works end-to-end
Be detail-oriented with data quality
Be fast and execution-focused
Be comfortable using AI tools

Bonus:

Experience with Instantly, Apollo, Clay
Experience running multiple campaigns at once
Strong copywriting instincts
