Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Social Media Manager to help build and scale a personal brand and company presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
This is NOT just an editing role — we are looking for someone who understands content, storytelling, and what actually makes videos go viral.
You will work directly with the founder of a fast-growing insurance and financial services company to create high-impact content focused on business, sales, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
Core Responsibilities:
Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with strong hooks and retention-focused pacing
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
Add captions, subtitles, and engaging visual elements
Assist in content ideation based on trends and proven viral formats
Schedule and post content across platforms
Track performance and help optimize content strategy over time
Maintain a consistent brand style and tone
What We’re Looking For:
Strong video editing skills (fast cuts, captions, pacing, hooks)
Understanding of viral content and social media algorithms
Ability to think creatively and suggest content ideas
Strong communication and reliability
Organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
Experience with content in business, sales, or entrepreneurship is a plus

Fast-paced, attention-grabbing edits
Strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
Clean captions (Alex Hormozi style)
High retention and share ability
Content that makes people stop scrolling
Important:
We are looking for a long-term partner (NOT short-term work). The goal is to build a brand over the next 5–10 years. You will grow with the company and have consistent, ongoing work.
