About the role
The Kabbalah Centre London is seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organised Social Media Executive to lead and grow our presence across Instagram and other key platforms.
This role goes beyond posting - you will be responsible for building engaging, consistent, and growth-driven social media channels across multiple accounts, including The Kabbalah Centre London, as well as key teachers pages.
You’ll play a key role in translating our teachings, classes, and offers into compelling content that resonates with both existing students and new audiences - helping drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, understands what performs on social media, and wants to use their skills for meaningful, purpose-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
1) Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute social media strategy across multiple Instagram accounts
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with:
- Courses, classes, and events
- Key marketing campaigns
- Lead magnets and offers
- Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and audience expansion.
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform changes to continuously improve performance.
2) Content Creation & Publishing
- Create and publish engaging content across formats, including: reels (core focus), stories, static posts and carousels
- Write compelling captions and hooks aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Work with existing class content, recordings, and teachings to extract short-form content.
- Coordinate content production with teachers and the wider marketing team.
3) Community Management & Engagement
Manage day-to-day engagement across accounts:
- Respond to DMs and comments
- Encourage conversations and interaction
Support lead generation through:
- Story engagement tools (polls, Q&As, links)
- ManyChat automations (where applicable)
Ensure a consistent, warm, and aligned tone of voice across all interactions.
4) Performance & Optimisation
- Track performance across key metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, leads).
- Identify top-performing content and double down on what works.
- Test different formats, hooks, and content angles to improve results.
- Share insights and recommendations in regular marketing/growth meetings.
5) Collaboration & Campaign Support
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to align:
- Social content with campaigns and launches
- Messaging and offers across channels
- Support promotion of key initiatives through organic and boosted content.
- Coordinate with the Campaign Manager to ensure alignment with weekly priorities and calendar.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience managing social media accounts (Instagram-focused).
- Strong understanding of what performs on social media (especially Reels and Stories).
- Confident in short-form video creation and editing.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and content streams.
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in spirituality, personal development, or purpose-driven work.
- Experience growing personal brands or multi-account setups.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ManyChat or social automation tools.
- Basic Canva or design skills.
- Experience boosting posts or working with paid social campaigns.
- Experience in education, coaching, or community-led businesses.
