JOB OVERVIEW

We're a direct-response advertising company producing high-volume META ad
creatives (Facebook and Instagram). We need experienced video editors
who understand DR advertising — not brand work, not corporate videos, not
wedding videos. Direct response.

What you'll be editing:
- UGC-style spokesperson videos (talking head + b-roll overlays)
- Long-form VSL-style ads
- Short-form hook variations

What we need from you:
- Good English level.
- Sharp pacing — every frame earns its place
- Strong b-roll selection and timing (you'll choose from stock +
AI-generated footage)
- Clean text overlays and captions
- Attention to detail — no typos, no misaligned text, no audio glitches,
no lazy mistakes
- Fast turnaround — we move fast and produce high volume

Tools: Editing Software + AI

DO NOT APPLY IF:
- Can speak english.
- You have never edited direct response ads before
- You don't know what a hook, lead, or CTA is in an advertising context
- You cannot show examples of DR ad work you've edited

A paid test task will be part of the hiring process. You will receive a
raw spokesperson video + b-roll assets and edit a complete ad. This is
how we evaluate your pacing, b-roll choices, and attention to detail.
