**About the Role:**
We're a growing digital marketing agency helping local home service businesses get more leads through websites, SEO, CRM automation, and AI tools. We're looking for a hungry, results-driven cold caller to help us fill our pipeline with qualified leads.

**What You'll Do:**
- Make 200-400 outbound calls per day to local business owners
- Follow a proven script to qualify leads and book discovery calls
- Send follow up texts and emails to prospects who don't answer
- Track all activity and outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Schedule meetings for me to run the sales call

**What We're Looking For:**
- Fluent English speaker, clear and confident on the phone
- Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent with follow ups
- Self motivated, reliable, and consistent
- Familiar with Excel or willing to learn quickly
