Creative Designer (AI Facebook Ads for Dropshipping Stores)

We are looking for a highly driven **Creative Designer** to join our fast-growing dropshipping team.

We are a scaling e-commerce dropshipping store in the clothing niche, shipping from China to the USA. This year alone, we’ve already generated **over $1,000,000 in revenue**, and we are now looking to expand our team with true **A-players**.

### ???? What You’ll Be Doing

* Create **50+ ad creatives per day** for Facebook Ads
* Produce a mix of:
* AI video ads (using Kling)
* Static image ads (Canva)
* AI-generated image ads (Nano Banana Pro)
* Edited video creatives (CapCut)
* Follow our **step-by-step SOPs** that clearly explain what to create and how
* Continuously test and improve creatives based on performance

### ?? VERY IMPORTANT – AI EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You **must have experience working with AI tools for creatives**.

* You understand how to create **strong prompts** to generate specific types of images and videos
* You know how to control outputs and get the **exact style or angle needed**
* If we show you **one example creative**, you can quickly **replicate and create similar variations** without needing much guidance
* You are comfortable experimenting with prompts to improve results

### ? Requirements

* Minimum **3 months experience** creating daily creatives for dropshipping stores
* Proven experience with **AI creative tools (REQUIRED)**
* Ability to produce **high volume content consistently (50+ creatives/day)**
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Available to work **6–7 days per week**
