Micro Influencer Outreach & Research Specialist (Remote)

We are building a fast-growing SaaS tool called ONE BMT - and now starting campaign for Social Media Manager that helps small businesses save time on content posting, manage comments and messages in one place, and grow faster online.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person who will help us find high-quality micro influencers and content creators that match our target audience.

Your main responsibility will be to research creators on social media, start conversations with them, and manage outreach tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify micro influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Focus on creators who talk about content creation, marketing, small business growth or social media productivity
• Send personalised outreach messages offering free access to our tool for testing (first message template provided by us)
• Build relationships and follow up with creators
• Track all conversations and progress in a structured spreadsheet or CRM
• Report weekly results and suggest improvements to outreach strategy
• Help us identify potential affiliate partners

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
• Comfortable sending outreach messages and starting conversations
• Good written English
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Experience in influencer marketing, lead generation or social media management is a strong plus

Nice to have:

• Experience working with SaaS products (ideally GoHighLevel)
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing
• Experience using tools like Google Sheets, Notion or GHL
