Hi there! I’m Ariana and I run a few UK-based online crafts websites, including YouTube channels, social media accounts on Instagram & Facebook, and online shops. Here are 3 of them as reference:

I am seeking a long-term part-time (4 hours) General VA with strong social media and writing skills to help me and my Senior VA. Knowledge on how to use AI for writing is a strong plus.

No prior crafts/crochet knowledge is required, but you must know good English (written and spoken) and be available for Microsoft Teams screen-sharing calls every week to discuss tasks with my Senior VA.

I know crafts and crochet are more of a women's thing, but men are more than welcome to apply. I just need someone reliable, honest, willing to learn, and who has a good understanding on how social media and Wordpress blogging works. The job does not require you to know how to craft.

While I can teach you the technical skills on using AI for writing blogs and social media, and we provide you with prompts to guide you, having creative writing skills is something you MUST bring to the table. You should already understand what makes a great caption or blog intro.

We use AI to help us write our blog posts and social media, and we will give you the prompts and teach you how to use them. We’ll provide on-the-job training and guide you through every task.

I am looking for someone who can work with us for a long time. This is an established business, and we need permanent assistants to work with us.

We work in a relaxed, friendly environment, and work hours are flexible. You can work daytime or nighttime, weekends or weekdays. We work on a weekly task basis schedule, so you know exactly what needs to be done and what the deadline is.

Contact multiple times a week with my Senior VA through Microsoft Teams’ chat or screen-share is a MUST to keep on top of every task.



Your main tasks will be:
Use AI captions to generate blog posts and social media captions
Research tasks such as finding topics for blogs, finding keywords, compiling listicles
Humanize AI generated content for blog and social media and put it in blog format inside Wordpress along with the media pictures and videos created by us
Managing social media comments
Various admin tasks as needed
Updating old blog posts with new images and videos as provided
SEO & Keyword research


All tasks will be fully explained with step-by-step instructions so you will know exactly what to do. You'll also have my Senior VA's support if you are stuck on a daily basis.

What I require from you:
- You must write and understand English well; we can't teach you if you can't understand us
- You MUST be familiar with AI, using it to brainstorm, generate text, etc.
- High attention to detail is a MUST
- Regular weekly contact through chat to discuss upcoming tasks, mainly with my Senior VA, who is from the Philippines as well
- Asking questions if you are not sure how to do something is a MUST
- You must be computer savvy, own your laptop, and have a stable, strong internet connection


Experience using the tools and platforms below helps, but we will also show you and train you on each task:
- Social media (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok)
- ClickUp
- Google docs/sheets
- Canva
- AI for writing
- Strong writing skills for blog and social media

Required office equipment
- Home office (not working from coffee shops, malls, or anything like that)
- A good, fast computer
- High-speed internet connection is a MUST
- Microsoft Teams on your mobile, so we can contact you
- You will not be required to pay for any software we use
