We are hiring a hungry, detail-oriented Offshore Sales Assistant to support a fast-growing U.S.-based home services operation.
This is not a passive role. You will be directly responsible for handling leads, following up, and helping drive revenue across multiple service lines (cleaning, and expanding into other home services).

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound leads (calls, texts, CRM inquiries) in real-time
Perform outbound follow-ups (speed = money here)
Qualify prospects and book appointments / close small deals
Maintain and update CRM (Sync/GoHighLevel) with precision
Coordinate with cleaners / service providers to ensure smooth scheduling
Track conversations and push deals forward daily
Support expansion into new service verticals (not just cleaning)
What We’re Looking For
Strong spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
Comfortable on the phone — you will be calling leads daily
Sales mindset: you understand that speed + persistence = revenue
Highly organized and responsive
Can work U.S. business hours (EST/PST overlap required)
Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
Performance Expectations
Fast response times (ideally < 5 minutes on new leads)
High daily activity (calls, texts, follow-ups)
Consistent booking / closing contribution
Clear, professional communication with clients and team
This role is for people who take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
Compensation
Base pay (depending on experience)
