Job Overview:
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to contact property owners and generate potential seller leads for commercial real estate listings.

Responsibilities:
Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to property owners.
Follow a provided call script to introduce the company and its services.
Identify potential property sellers or listing opportunities.
Handle basic objections and maintain professional conversations.
Record call outcomes, contacts made, and collected emails in the system.
Update call status and notes in the database or CRM.


Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
Confident speaking with property owners over the phone.
Organized and able to track daily call results.
Goal-oriented with strong persistence and professionalism.


Performance Expectations
Target of 100–200 calls per day.
Aim to generate around 10 meaningful contacts daily.
Track metrics such as voicemails, conversations, and leads generated.
This role may become long-term depending on performance.
