JOB OVERVIEW

Let me be upfront with you, because that's how we operate.

We're a D2C e-commerce brand in the women's health space. We run paid ads on Meta. We sell a product that genuinely helps people, and every visual we produce reflects that.

Transparency and honesty aren't buzzwords here, they're the reason our customers trust us, and the reason we're still growing.

We've worked with designers before. Some were talented. Most were treated like vendors, asset in, asset out, goodbye.
That's not what we're building.

We're in this for the long game. We want you to be too.

- THE ROLE

Position: Direct Response Graphic Designer for Meta Ads
Commitment: Full-time, long-term (this is not a freelance gig)
Hours: 40h/week
Location: 100% remote
Market: English-speaking (US primary)
Compensation: $800–$1,200/month base + performance bonuses

- WHAT LONG-TERM ACTUALLY MEANS HERE

Year-over-year salary increases of 10–20% for strong performers.
Performance bonuses tied directly to ad performance and ROAS.
Creative ownership: you'll understand the strategy, the avatar, the psychology behind every visual.
A real team: you'll work closely with the founder and marketing lead, not disappear into a ticket queue.

- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-negotiable:

3+ years as a graphic designer in DTC e-commerce or digital marketing
Proven experience creating ad creatives, landing page visuals, and social content that actually ran
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Experience with AI image generation tools (MidJourney, Leonardo, DALL·E, etc.)
Understanding of conversion-focused design, you know why visual hierarchy matters for an ad

Strong preference:

Health or wellness brand experience
Knowledge of direct-response marketing and what makes someone stop scrolling
Motion graphics or light video editing capability

You look at a high-performing ad and instinctively break down why it works.
You care about what happens after the asset goes live, not just whether the client approved it.
You understand that empathy, trust, and clarity aren't soft concepts in health marketing, they're conversion levers.
You want to help build a brand's visual identity over years, not just deliver a batch of assets.

If you're managing 8 clients simultaneously and fitting us in between, this isn't the right fit.
We want someone who is genuinely invested in one brand's growth, because that's where the real upside is.
