JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Community & Account Manager to support our growing social platform. This role will focus on managing multiple accounts, creating engaging content, and ensuring timely interaction within the app.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing accounts used to seed and grow activity on the platform. Your goal is to help create a natural, engaging, and welcoming environment for users by posting relevant content, responding quickly, and monitoring overall engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor multiple accounts daily
Create and schedule draft posts based on content guidelines
Ensure posts are clear, engaging, and aligned with target topics (e.g., social activities, food, sports, hobbies)
Respond to messages and interactions in a timely manner
Track and monitor engagement across posts and accounts
Identify what content performs well and provide feedback to improve strategy
Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and activity across all accounts

What We’re Looking For
Highly responsive and able to reply quickly during shifts
Ability to think creatively and come up with relatable, real-life post ideas
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts at once
Comfortable following guidelines while also using initiative

Nice to Have
Familiarity with Reddit, Facebook groups, or online communities
Experience managing multiple personas or accounts
Understanding of what makes content engaging and relatable
