The Role

We're looking for a FEMALE appointment setter with sales experience to join our fast growing company. You will be responsible for calling and qualifying inbound leads that have come from ads inquiring about beauty services. You'll be booking them in for an appointment.

You’ll follow proven scripts, handle objections, and work within our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to track and update leads. Your role directly impacts our clients' success by filling their schedules with paying, committed customers, eliminating the need for them to chase unqualified leads.

Your Responsibilities
- Call & qualify leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Book high-quality appointments with potential clients.
- Ensure leads meet qualification criteria before booking.
- Follow structured scripts & sales processes to maximize conversion rates.
- Follow up with leads to increase appointment show-up rates.
- Update lead information in our CRM system (GoHighLevel).


Schedule & Pay
- Shifts based on US time zones (Fixed weekly schedule).
- 4-hour morning shift + 4-hour afternoon shift per day (Fixed schedule).
- Paid weekly
- $5 USD per hour + $2 per confirmed booking
