Real Estate Cold Caller (Land Investing)

About the Role:
We are a real estate investment company focused on buying and reselling vacant land across the United States. We are looking for an experienced real estate cold caller who can confidently speak with property owners, identify motivated sellers, and collect key deal information.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound cold calls to landowners using provided call lists
-Follow a proven call script while keeping conversations natural
-Identify seller motivation, price expectations, and property details
-Accurately document conversations and leads in our CRM
-Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident phone presence

Requirements:
-Prior real estate cold calling experience (land, wholesaling, or residential)
-Strong English communication skills
-Clear, confident speaking voice
-Reliable internet connection and headset
-Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday consistently

Preferred (Not Required):
-Experience with land investing
-Familiarity with Mojo Dialer Triple Line Dialer

Compensation:
Hourly pay (based on experience)
